Flushing bank robbery suspect remains at large: Cops

Police were asking for the public’s assistance in finding a suspect in a Flushing bank robbery.

A suspect entered an Apple Bank, at 43-73 Kissena Blvd., on Nov. 8 at about 12:26 p.m. and allegedly passed a note demanding money to the teller, police said. He then fled with $639, according to cops.

The suspect was described as a black man between the ages of 30 and 35, police said. He was said to be about 6-foot-tall and weighs between 220 and 240 pounds, and was last seen wearing a dark knit cap and dark jacket with a dark hooded sweatshirt underneath, the NYPD said.
