Cops seek man who sexually assaulted girl, 9

ELMHURST — Police were looking for help in identifying a suspect wanted for sexually abusing a little girl within the 110th Precinct, the NYPD said.

According to police, the suspect sexually abused a 9-year-old girl while she was at the checkout counter of a grocery store Jan. 25 around 3:15 p.m. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction, the NYPD said.

Police described the Hispanic suspect as 5-foot-8 with a slim build and between 25 and 30-years-old. He was seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a black backpack with an umbrella attached, the NYPD said.
