JAMAICA — A pair of cash-strapped straphangers were busted last week for allegedly strapping heat, police said.

NYPD transit cops said they saw Bo Bannister and Daquan Monroe allegedly give only one swipe of their MetroCard when they entered a turnstile at the Parsons-Archer Subway station at the same time Tuesday afternoon.

When officers arrested the southeast Queens teens, they allegedly discovered a 9mm handgun and a loaded magazine, police said.

The two were charged with possession of a weapon and theft of service, police said.

Joe Moretti from Jamaica says:
In Jamaica, NO, tell me it isn't so, young men with guns, NO it cannot be.

Jamaica, where laws are strictly enforced, where our leaders are moral, upstanding civil servants, where our residents have total utmost respect for their community, where a community board would never let dozens of homeless shelters pop up, where an area like South Jamaica, would never be turn into a ghetto battle field, where men do not hang out in front steps of apartment building, in front of delis and our upstanding citizens of their community.

I am SHOCKED, I tell you, SHOCKED.........................................that it was only two.
