Man in Flushing charged with pot possession during traffic stop: Police sources

FLUSHING — Officers from the 109th Precinct found more than 21 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop Wednesday morning, according to police sources.

The cops pulled over a 24-year-old man at about 9:30 a.m. near the corner of Sanford Avenue and 147th Street, police said.

The man was allegedly found to be in possession of 21 pounds of marijuana and arrested, according to sources.
