By Sarina Trangle

REGO PARK — Police said an off-duty city Sanitation Department employee was arrested in the 112th Precinct, which encompasses Rego Park and Forest Hills, and charged with driving while intoxicated and other offenses just before midnight Tuesday.

The Police Department said officers stopped Roy Fraser, 29, because he was allegedly speeding, failed to signal three lane changes and moving unsafely between vehicles.

He was then charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, moving from a lane unsafely, illegally signaling, a speed violation and refusing to take a breath test, according to police.
