Man stole baby food in Woodhaven: Cops

WOODHAVEN — Police released a surveillance image of a man wanted for allegedly stealing two bottles of baby formula from Rite Aid at gunpoint.

The Police Department said it believed the man walked into the drug store, at 89-10 Jamaica Ave., just after 8 a.m. last Friday and put two cans of formula in his duffle bag.

When a store manager confronted him, the NYPD said he pointed a firearm at the manager and left Rite Aid.

Nobody was injured during the robbery, police said.
