Partially naked man spotted in St. Abans: NYPD

ST. ALBANS — Police were searching for a man who allegedly flashed two women in St. Albans last week, the NYPD said.

Authorities said the women were walking near 120th Avenue and 198th Street around 5 p.m. March 20 when they passed by a vehicle with the suspect, who had his legs and feet on the dashboard.

The suspect then allegedly began following the two women and parked his vehicle in a spot where they would again pass him.

When the pair passed by again, the man was allegedly naked from the waist down, according to cops.

The women fled the scene, and neither were injured, according to the NYPD.

The suspect was described by authorities as a black man who was driving a gray and green 2003 Subaru Legacy.
