KEW GARDENS HILLS — An NYPD Automotive Service Worker was arrested in the confines of the 107th Precinct May 10 on assault charges, police said.
David Binyard, 40, was also charged with reckless endangerment and harassment, according to cops.
Police were unable to say who the victim was and where Binyard was arrested.
