ROCKAWAY PARK — Police arrested and charged a 51-year-old man with forcible touching in the unwanted groping of a female lifeguard Aug. 13, the NYPD said.
The Police Department said officers arrested Terrell Webb, 51, of St. Albans, after he approached a 24-year-old lifeguard near Beach 116th Street and allegedly did not listen when she told him to stop touching her.
The NYPD said Webb allegedly grabbed her elbow, next her arm and hand and then swiped his hand across her crotch.
Webb was charged with forcible touching, authorities said.
His attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
