Don’t be quick to claim brutality

The New York Police Department made 150,000 arrests in four years. I believe during that time there was only one arrest in which the perpetrator died.

I am sure many of these arrests involved a fight where the perpetrator and the police were hurt as a result of the perpetrator’s refusal to surrender peacefully.

How can anyone claim police brutality?

How can anyone not admit that this is a fantastically good record?
